Quiz 8 - Jacoby Transfers and Responses

A Jacoby Transfer is an artificial bid made after partner opens in notrump, asking opener to bid the next suit up so the strong hand stays concealed as declarer. This quiz tests both sides of the convention - making the transfer bid as responder with a five card major, opener's duty to complete the transfer (or super accept), and responder's continuations once the transfer is complete.
This quiz is based on Standard American bidding, where the 1NT opening shows 15-17 HCP. Transfers are a partnership agreement - you must check with your partner exactly what these bids mean for your partnership understanding.

Check your understanding of making a Jacoby Transfer, completing partner's transfer and continuing the auction afterwards - as you select an answer you will receive instant feedback on your choice
